Remove local data
Use Android Settings → Apps → MischiefSteps → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app. Android labels may vary. This removes app-private saves, the local recovery backup, generated private result-card files, preferences and SDK storage. You lose progress. There is no complete in-game erasure control.
Do not clear storage while you still need those local records. The publisher cannot recover unsaved local data for you. Independently retained backups/files and cards or codes already shared with others must be managed at their destinations.
Optional reports and external copies
Pending Crash Reports offers Send, Delete and Not now for the available startup batch. Opening management may initialize local crash capture. A handler that has initialized can continue capturing until the app process stops, even after the switch is off. Reports may include stack traces and technical app/device state from earlier sessions.
Delete requests an SDK action; it does not confirm completed deletion. An empty availability check does not prove every earlier or current report was deleted. Send requests upload, and queued sends cannot be recalled. Turning a switch off or resetting Analytics does not erase earlier uploads.
Provider-record requests
Email developer@blackandblue.co.in with MischiefSteps and minimal request details. Do not attach private documents/save exports, passwords, tokens, reviewer codes or payment-card details. We need safe app-specific anonymous identifier and alias matching before a provider-record deletion request can be handled.
No automatic remote purge, fixed RevenueCat customer-retention period or response deadline is promised. Google Play transaction/legal records are separate from a RevenueCat customer profile; clearing app storage or requesting profile deletion does not cancel purchases or erase store history.
