Contact support safely

Email developer@blackandblue.co.in with MischiefSteps, your app/Android versions and a short technical description. Do not attach documents, save exports, credentials, reviewer codes or payment-card details. Sending an email does not establish its receipt or a response deadline.

Local records and recovery

Progress, active runs, challenge presets, local pass-and-play results, preferences and the last-verified Pro cache are saved on your device. A local recovery backup can restore an older save. Clearing storage or uninstalling loses app-private records and progress; independently retained copies and provider records are separate. The publisher cannot recover unsaved local records for you.

Result cards are generated locally. Share only with recipients you choose; they can retain the card or challenge code.

Store access

Check Play Price and Restore Purchase contact Google Play and RevenueCat. Use the appropriate Play account and a network connection. An unavailable price, failed check or cached Pro status is not proof of a completed purchase/restoration or current remote ownership.

Anonymous billing records require safe app-specific identifier and alias matching before a provider-record request can be handled. Local storage removal does not cancel a purchase or erase store history.

Reporting choices

Usage reporting and crash capture are separate choices, off by default. Optional reporting requires confirmation that you are at least 18; decline and keep playing. Saved positive choices remain paused after a cold start until confirmed again in Settings.

Pending Crash Reports offers separate Send, Delete and Not now actions. Opening that screen may initialize local crash capture. An initialized handler may continue capturing until the app process stops, even after the local switch is off. Reports may include earlier sessions, technical app/device state and stack traces. Sending cannot be recalled once queued; SDK requests and empty availability checks do not establish completed delivery or deletion.
